Problem with saving shortcode

Hello
please take a look at the scrshot.

In the cloud template I modified some shortcodes like Price and want to save it. Push Save shortcode button but it does not work. Cancel buttin works.
What can be the problem?

Hi,

Try to save a shortcode in a new page, see if the same thing happens. Try with other elements as well.
In case the same issue is happening, deactivate as a quick test all your plugins, leave only the composer and theme plugins active. Also be sure to review the theme requirements guide

1. the requirements for theme are followed and all are marked as green.
2. The switching off plugins did not help.
3. some shortcodes can be saved with no any problem. But Price and Text with title is not possible to save. The same problem apears again.

It seams I found out the reason.
Any of shortcode consisting Russian letters inside couse this error.
For example it TXT or any other shortcode filled with English letters I can save it with no any problem. Just after entering cyrilic letters it bacome imposible to make saving.
Please assist to solve this.

I’am having the same issue too.. I have gone through the troubleshooting steps mentioned above. However still no joy. I am only able to save shortcodes that include English content.

@ankasammerkez The issues will be fixed in the coming theme update. The update should be released this week, at most the beginning of the next week. After you update the theme please let us know if the problem is fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
