Problem with Social Counter

Hi all,

I tried what I found in https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-facebook-reading-0-likes/ cause I have 0 in FB (the amount was false before) and the amount in TT and IG are false too.

Seems update of theme + social counter has been done, but nothing better.

Can you indicate me what to do to get the right results please ?

Hi,

You can try this version of Social Counter(it worked for some users) – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/td-social-counter.zip Just deactivate and delete the current plugin and install this version, then use another fb id(like tagdiv) see if it works and then revert to your id so you will refresh it.
We will change the Social Counter system and we hope to fix it as soon as possible, sorry for inconvenience!
