I can’t save my changes in TD Composer. It says it’s saved but when I go back, it’s not there.
Also, cloud library doesn’t fetch all the templates!

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin or CDN, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and screenshots.

Everything was deactivated but it still didn’t solve the problem!
When I add a class in the composer, it’s added in the source but it doesn’t get saved! Also, my cloud template library hasn’t been updated since April 21!
There is nothing to take shot of, the problem is simply explained here.
Also, is there any way to download templates from “Cloud Library” and upload it onto the admin panel? Thanks.

Make sure that you are using the last version of theme, Newspaper v10.3.2
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Not the first time using the Cloud Library! It shows 1091 templates while on your website there are 1148! It’s like it hasn’t been updated.

The cloud template will update when we make a new update to our theme, indeed yesterday was made an update, sometimes to have access to all cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/lTzSd1v.png you need to update the theme -> https://i.imgur.com/3hXVgph.png -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ ore reinstall the tagDiv Cloud Library (first delete it an reinstall it from Newspaper > Plugins).

Did you even read my previous message?! I said it hasn’t been updated for a while.
And the TD Composer doesn’t save the code written inside it, but the code could be written somewhere else and gets applied there!
The problem is with YOUR server or plugins. There are other reports with the same problem. You’re just repeating yourself in different ways. Please read my messages again!
