problem with the block filter sort order issue

Hi,
I have a problem with the block 7 filter tab sort order setting. When I choose the popular (7 days) nothing is shown. Please see the screenshot:

Please make sure that enable the USE 7 DAYS POST SORTING from theme panel -> https://www.screencast.com/t/aTle8kCXiyS

hi,
thanks. I enabled it and I also checked that the post view is working well but the block still showing the most popular from the year and not the past 7 days!

Hi,

Please notice that if you have a cache plugin this option will not work properly.
Also please provide a link were I can inspect this problem, in this way I will be able to provide you the right answer.

yes you’re right. I deleted the cache and now it works. thanks a lot.

I have the same problem. However, I’m not using any cache plugins. In my case, this 7 days post sorting worked normally and simply stopped working alone.
