Hi, I have a big problem.
The page is not displayed properly.
If I am logged into wordpress as an administrator, the page in the browser is displayed correctly.
There is a whole top menu, the rest of the blocks are well laid out.
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/1.png —> correct
When I visit the site on any browser, but I’m not logged in anymore, the entire site goes out of my way.
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/2.png —>wrong.
my website is tknews.pl
Thanks in advance for your quick help.
Greetings.
Paul
Hello!
I’ve checked your website and it seems that one element is disappearing. This is strange because we do not have such a setting in our theme to appear and disappear while you are login or not.
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Thank you!
Hi
I was trying to figure out what the problem was.
Everything is fine until I create a mobile website in a different layout than the desktop one.
One template for the mobile (as in the first screenshot), the second for the desktop (as in the first screenshot in the previous post).
Thanks for the help 🙂
When I create a mobile website, it becomes stationary.

If I save the correct version for desktop again, the mobile version will adapt to it.
The menu disappears and a black bar with the word NEWSPAPER appears instead of the logo.

What should I do to make two independent versions work?
corrected message!

Hello,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
So, please let me know what version do you use and also if you extra plugins.
Also, I am not sure I fully understand what you mean by ” it becomes stationary.” please provide more details.
Thank you!
Hello,
I would like to continue on this thread of page display.
An error has occurred and my home page doesn’t display properly.

What could be the cause of this and how do I rectify it?
Thanks
Hi
I created a mobile website with TagDiv Composer by selecting Mobile Page.
The desktop site has a different block layout to the mobile site.
The main page for desktops after the menu starts with Big Grid Full 3. Then two columns with Flex box 1
The mobile site starts with Flex block 1, then one more and one more.
The home page on desktops looks like this. With Big Grid Full block 3
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Screenshot_20210628_222015_com.android.chrome.jpg
The mobile side looks like this – only Flex box blocks
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Screenshot_20210628_222015_com.android.chrome.jpg
When I save the design of the mobile site, Big Grid Full 3 and part of the header disappear from the desktop site
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/2.png
After that, when I load the stationary page and save it, it’s here again
content / uploads / 2021/06 / Screenshot_20210628_222015_com.android.chrome.jpg
The mobile website looks like this:
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/Screenshot_20210628_221946_com.android.chrome.jpg
The menu disappears, the word NEWSPAPER appears and instead of the Flex box 1 block, the Big Grid Full 3 block.
Therefore, I am asking for advice on how to make both sides independent of the blocks used
I ask for help
Thank you
Hello,
@PBB,
I already replied to your own topic about the same problem, please check https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/home-page-display-error-on-desktop-and-mobile/
@Paweł Gawlik
Unfortunately, I can’t access your website => https://www.screencast.com/t/uOJ80erA
Normally mobile page is independent of the desktop version, meaning you can set/delete/add the blocks as you wanted like in this video =>https://www.screencast.com/t/qjOxlIZG but please make sure you set the mobile page like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/hcGG4ydQ
When I checked the website yesterday it seemed that you were using the responsive version for mobile.
Thank you!
Hi.
It could have been different yesterday evening. The problem was with the mobile page setup.
Now I have another problem. With category pages.
I have a template set to global on each of them.
However, the newspaper remembers various earlier ones.
I imported a new one from the cloud – Category Template 47 – Pulses PRO
I set it to global, but the template on them doesn’t change.
What’s your problem. (tknews.pl)
Thank you in advance for your help.
Paul
Hello Paul,
I checked your website and now seems the category template apply correctly https://www.screencast.com/t/Bw3gP9uuHjx -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yAYjtPrm
Maybe was a problem related to cache.
Thank you!
Hi.
However, I have a problem, I checked it on 3 computers.
From what I am writing, additionally on Edge, Firefox, Opera, Chrome browsers.
The template in the edition looks like this:
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/d7-szablon.png
On some category pages it looks correct:
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/d3.png
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/d1.png
Mostly, however, it is bad, although the same template
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/d5.png
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/d4.png
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/d2.png
I don’t know what the problem is anymore, and this is very irritating.
Please help.
I have a similar situation with the mobile version, in the editor yes
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/d8-mobile-editor.png
on the phone yes – it does not keep the settings saved at all
https://tknews.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Screenshot_20210701_100810.jpg
What’s the solution to this problem?
Please help.
