Problem with the editor not loading – Private support?

Hello

I have just bought a licence to update a website for a client that was still in the version of newspaper 9.
I thought that the new version of the plugins would solve a problem, but this is not the case.

When you open a page and want to edit some text, the editor in nune pop-up does not load.

This problem did not exist in a version of php 7.1.

The site has been migrated to a 7.4.3 server

Since then this error is present.

Despite updating the theme and TagDiv plugins, the problem is not resolved.

Is it possible to get help from you privately. I can give you access to the staging, but not in a public form!

Hello,

Please let me know what version of the theme you have.
Please make sure you have the latest version of the theme 12.1.1.
You will have a 403 or 404 error, so please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-for-text-with-title-and-column-text-not-updating-content/ and try the suggestions. Also, please check the cache, clear/purge all cache.
