Hello, we have a problem with the mobile version of the City News template. The page loads strangely when scrolling on mobile. Here is a video. Can you please advise? It’s happening since version 12.6.2. On our website WN24.cz we have version 12.6.1. and it’s fine there. Can you please advise?

It’s not the speed. I’ve now reverted version 12.6.1. and you can check that there it’s not happening. The problem is in every higher version …

Do you have this option active at https://forum.tagdiv.com/loading-image-effects/?
Also, it couldn’t be from the theme because it should reflect on all the websites with the latest version of the theme.

Yes, I returned version 16.2.1 to the sports24 website – no problem there. In every other version it is already there. On our other server https://www.wn24.cz/ there is now version 16.2.4 and the problem is there. Same template, same server …
USE LOADING ANIMATION IMAGE – is disabled on both servers.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t see it.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Halo, We tried all that, of course. It’s interesting that you say it doesn’t happen here. I have tried on several devices and on Google Chrome and Safari the problem is there. After installing on version lower 12.6.1. the problem is not – you can now seen on sports24.cz. Can you please send me a video of your test mobile device?
