I have some problems with the theme.
· I have 8.5 version and from yesterday I have some problems with the blocks, because I can not change them and I dont have any option in some parts of my website for them, not always, it is a bit strange.
· I have tried to upload it to 8.7, but, when I do that, some items that I have already done dissapear, icons, item of pricing, testimonials, food menu product (I can change border radious but it doesnt work), and others have some problems, so I had to back to the other version.

So the issues happened at some point, before there was no problem. Maybe something has been done at that point which caused the problem. Either a plugin being installed, code entered in theme files or other modifications. Try deactivating all plugins, leave only theme plugins active, the theme and theme plugins should work properly.
You can also update to 8.7.2 the latest theme version. As always make a backup before. Download the theme package again and update

Remember to update theme plugins as well, especially the composer (version 2.1)and multi-purpose plugin (version 2.0). That issue sounds like the the multi-purpose plugin is not active, that would be why those elements have disappeared.

I have tried to download again and update to 8.7, but the same problem. I mean the items work but some things dissapear.
1. For example in this link, scroll down a bit until a picture of a guy:

You can see the image, it is a food product item, and befor I have the border radious in order to make it a circle not square, and now even if I change this radious the image is the same (square).
2. Also here:

Above “oportunidades internacionales” and above the other two items there were three icons in each sentence, but now nothing. Above “mi objetivo es ayudarte” there were 5 yellow stars, and about the testimonials there was one ” above each testimonial. Just like example, I have the same problems in other parts of the website.

1. There doesn’t seem to be a border radius set for that image you mention, I have tried setting a radius using the same element

Everything seems to work as expected, the border radius is applied. Edit the page with the composer and double check if the radius value is entered in the field.
2. There was an issue with the icons not displaying in the front-end, the theme package was quickly re-uploaded and the problem fixed. So you could re-download the theme package now and install it. The icons will be displayed as before.
Let us know if there are still problems.

1. About this problem it is ok, I dont know why but I only had to rewrite the “50%”, what it was already writen, and now it works.
2. About this problem nothing new, I have just tried again and have the same problem. The icons dont appear, if you want to check it this is the link of my website:

1. Indeed the default value is only a placeholder, it does not apply o the image. You need to enter the value you want in that field.
2. That is exactly what the issue was. No icons were loading on the actual page, despite them showing in the composer as you are building the page. As I mentioned the theme package was re-uploaded and the issue fixed. Currently there is no such problem anymore.
If you reinstalled the theme, clear all caching, including browser cache. Force refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R) and check the results.
In case there is still an issue, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, as well as FTP access. Make a backup of the website before. We will take a look.

As Simion mentioned, the issue was fixed. You need to download the theme package again. The update was done but the version was not changed. Delete the theme and install it gain from the new package available now on envato.

as I told you I did it several times, I delete the old theme from public html -> themes, and uploaded the new one after download the theme package from envato, and all was ok except from icons. The same problem always.
Here you can see that I have the new options, and the new style of the 8.7, so the version I guess was changed, but the icons the same, don´t appear the icons I had. Also, when I try to do it by myself, one by one, they work except the quote icon from testimonials… Here you can see some screenshots.
