Problems about post settings roles

Hi, we created a role, contributor, that can write articles and send them to approval. The issue is that they can write the article but not edit the post settings on the bottom, which are visible from the admin view (attaching screen).

I installed a plugin ‘Members’, that allows me to add permissions to the roles, how can i add this capability to the contributors?

Please, it’s pretty urgent.

I need another way to do this, at wordpress permissions level. They need to have the possibility to write articles in the WordPress dashboard and not go into the theme settings.
