I am having trouble activating the theme.
After inserting the envato purchase code and click on activate. The activate button keeps loading and nothing happens. I tried removing plugins, clearing the cache, etc. but nothing works.
Please, can you help me with this?

Usually in those situations appears an console error, something about admin-ajax.php

In case that you checked all those and the problem persist, please contact us via email (contact@tagdiv.com). Make a full backup for your website and provide wp-admin and cPanel access via email and provide as many details as you can about the problem.
