I just bought the theme and tried to install it. I’m having problems to use the visual composer and install the demos.
I already checked all the plugins and changed the limits on wp-config.

Hi,
Please first try the theme without any other plugins so you can rule out a plugin conflict. Disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then check the site again. If the problem is still there, something might have gone wrong when installing the theme. Please try to delete it and install it again via ftp by using this method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Also if you use a child theme, please disable it and use the main theme.
