Hello darkeye,
I suggest you to enabled the TD Composer and try to recreate the homepage layout with other shortcodes of elements, clear all the caches and check the results. Please use the following tutorial in order to achieve well results. https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
