Hi – I recently updated the theme to the latest version (from 12.5.1). The site slowed and eventually broke entirely. Talking to the hosts (Cloudways) they suggested that the theme was somehow using much more resources than before.
I rolled the theme back as a result… and the issue went away.
I also tried updating Optin Builder to the latest version, but the login/register page for members stopped working after updating the plugin. It didn’t entirely load). I downloaded the previous version that worked (1.4.4) and overwrote the files. It started working again.
Could you please let me know what the minimum requirements for both the theme and Optin Builder are please. I’m trying to figure out why the latest versions do not work for me.

Thanks for that. The cloud i’m using meets all of these requirements, yet the new version of the theme causes substantially increased CPU usage.
Any ideas what could cause this? I had to roll back due to downtime as a result of the update.
In terms of the new version of Optin Builder, any ideas as to why the login/register page would no longer work?

Our developers are aware of this issue and try to synthesize the composer, which is big, and fix the major problems of the theme and speed in the latest update.

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
