Problems with the mobile version

Hello! I have problems with the mobile version of my website. I have created a mobile template for each page and the homepage. Also for the single template and other WordPress templates.

Each one has a yes in the Mobile Template column.

The fact is that when I enter the mobile it doesn’t look like it should, but rather the latest news appears in a row and the design is not the same.

The same thing happens with the menu on the mobile, since when I click on a page from the mobile it does not appear and only the title of said page appears.

All of this, except the mobile menu, is done in the ‘Cloud Templates’ option.

How can I solve that?

I don’t know if something needs to be installed or not. I have the AMP plugin installed and the AMP option activated in the Mobile Theme of the Theme Panel.

Additionally, the menu for the mobile version is with the mobile pages created.

I also forgot to mention that when I’m on the mobile below I get the option ‘exit the mobile version’ and there it appears correctly, but I don’t know how to make the header logo look smaller.

I leave you the website so you can see it https://valladoliddeportivo.es/

Hello,

I just checked, and it seems that you have the mobile theme and AMP plugins. We don’t recommend to using amp, because it is deprecated -> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/kiss-amp-goodbye/
Please disable the amp and tagdiv mobile theme plugins and check after.

Thank you!

So removing the two plugins: TagDiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WP should solve these errors and be able to use the website with the templates created by me?

Another thing is the menu theme on the mobile, which would have to be the same as what I have in the PC version or one would have to be created with the corresponding mobile templates.

Hello,

Yes, if you removed those plugins, you will see the templates that you customize with tagdiv Composer. For menu, go to the mobile viewport, click on the menu icon and check if you choose a menu from this dropdown: https://app.screencast.com/kXblv69NkhU60

Thank you!

Fine, thanks. Yes, I solved it. I hadn’t been able to respond before.

There are times that the home page and the single page are misconfigured and sometimes the mobile version of the template itself appears and other times it is the mobile template.

What is the cause of that?

Sometimes it is as if there is no homepage or entry template and other times it is fine, just as it is in the mobile template.

It’s the only thing that makes it not completely well done.

Hello,

Please check if your cache plugin is configured like in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ please make sure that you have the cache mobile enabled.

Thank you!

With that, should the created templates (mobile templates) appear normally?

I have already followed the steps.
