There you can make modifications to it if needed, or just save it. It will appear in the selection for the post for example and you can apply it

@Rudy Rodriguez There is an issue that makes the buttons being not visible when using low resolution monitors, or being cut-off. Try holding Ctrl and scroll down, that would make the buttons visible.
This design issue is already on our list and it will be fixed in the next update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
