Problems with theme

Hello,
Since I bought this theme I am facing different problems.

First I installed this demo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_business/

Then I noticed that there are no layout options on every block, so I can not play with the category, dates, and author tags. Can not decide what to show, whatnot.
Later, when I tried to copy this block https://prnt.sc/uv9vht and move it down to have more categories on the homepage shown like that it moves it but shows featured images above titles.

Then I decided to go with another block and imported the technology block from this demo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_london_news_pro/
But problems continue to encounter. There are no dates and authors tags on that block when I imported it. And even though I checked it to be shown, they are no visible.

And one huge problem too is that I can not switch sides of the logo and header ad. I want the logo to be shown on the left side.

I have those options if I use Flex blocks, but shouldn’t I have those options too, when I try to edit the demo content? What is the purpose of the demo content if it can not be edited?

There is no option to edit this imported header using tagDiv composer.

Also, when I try to use Cloud templates, clicking on add new I get this Invalid reply from server endpoint.
