Yes you can do that using tagdiv Composer
You can use a multipurpose shortcodes as list

Hi,

The tagdiv composer is just a builder ( is a builder made special for Newspaper ), is not affect the speed of website.

Hi,

So you want to have this pros and cons on post, if is so, than you need do a war work to set some icons in post content, or you can use some plugins like this one -> https://wpctrl.com/pros-and-cons-plugin/
