However, the Themeforest downloded theme is different.

Also we installed this theme on dev server but unable to activate

Hi Calin, after the recent update it seems the option to exclude content while installing demo theme is removed??
It really painful to clean install a demo theme.
The issue is that the button to Include content is getting hidden in chrome browser in 100% view, I needed to reduce my page size to 80% to install demo only (by disabling the button)

I tried to activate and follow above guide line but still getting error message

Hi dharmendra11, did you get this message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” when you tried to activate the theme?
If yes, then you can solved this problem in this way:
go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.

Hi ch.rammohan, the option is still there, but is look that on small resolutions this can not be display and you need to use the zoom from browser. We notice this to our designers to find a fix for this, to can be use normal on all screens and resolutions.
