Question on Composer error

When attempting to use Composer to edit templates, I’m encountering this error quite often: “Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue.”

What have I done to trigger that, and what I can do to resolve it?

Hello,

The zones refer to the header/content/footer zone.
Most of the time, the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme; therefore, after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page, the next time you try to edit it, you’ll get that error. The simplest and fastest way to resolve it is to use a page/template revision – https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/

Also, please check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/ also after trying the steps from our guide you do not get any good results, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login, as well as cPanel and credentials. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you!

Thank you for this. Much appreciated.

One other question: For the header here – https://polksports.com/volleyball/ – is there a way to force the menu to switch to the mobile menu/hamburger at the tablet viewpoint? I’d rather the header main menu only appear on the desktop viewpoints.

Hi,

What you can do is use tagdiv Composer, edit the header and on the tablet, where you want the mobile menu to be displayed, not the desktop one, hide the current menu – https://i.imgur.com/JsdDBGu.png and add the mobile menu element https://i.imgur.com/PoNW2hd.png (this must be hidden on the viewports that you do not want to display, such as the desktop) https://i.imgur.com/wuLyNXM.png

Thank you!
