Quitar el dominio de lado de las noticias

Hola, tengo una duda como quitar ese dominio que va dejado de las noticas cuando su a las redes sociales.

The easiest solution is to install the WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/
Once installed click on SEO → Titles and Meta where you can change title for various pages.
