Redis cache compability

Hi,

We are running our site on a cloudways server and as you may know Redis Object Cache is part of their multiple cache layers. I’d like to know if the theme is compatible with Redis once we are facing multiple issues in the last few weeks.

To increase the site’s performance, we combine Redis objet cache with W3TC and cloudflare.

Please don’t give a standard reply saying your recommended plugin is WP Super Cache because it is the tested one with the theme. I know that!
My question is if the developer team knows of any conflict or cache issue related to redis objet cache and our specific configuration.
