Regarding 1 Click Demos

Hello,

I have bought News paper 8 and installed it on to my domain but I haven’t added any content yet. So what I’m trying to do is add a demo theme and then start adding my content.

What I’d like to know is, once I start adding content, how do I delete the rest of the demo content, titles etc. Do I have to delete each demo content one by one?
