Hello ,
Regarding Mobile menu as mobile menu is not getting visible on other page , only its visible on homepage , please resolve this issue..

All the mobile theme setting is okay but don’t know why its not showing on single blog page or any of the page for example- https://www.99healthideas.com/do-you-have-any-of-these-9-symptoms-of-depression/

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
