is it possible to have social icons appear in the menu and category icons may appear above the category name.

If it helps, you can try to use the Font Awesome 4 Menus, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/ Please notice that all of these processes are custom made and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
