Hello sjlabar,

Please keep in mind that other than cropping system we do not optimize the images. Our theme uses the thumbs to crop the images for achieving a better speed. Also, please notice that we have an optimization tutorial, named How to make your website faster and there you will find a method on how you can optime your images using the code if you want to do this. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about this, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello sjlabar,

Our theme uses the cropping system for improving the page speed. We use in our theme the add_image_size function to generate the thumbnails. For more information about this, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/ Also, please notice that all the thumbs are created in td_config.php as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/i3NG0A49gd6q Please notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello sjlabar,

I am having the same problem.. it’s such a headache. The image quality is terrible.. mobile homepage.. images are so blury. I bought 2 themes and wish I didn’t because I can’t fix this problem. Did you have any luck ? What is your website, can I see how the images look on your site ?

Please let me know if you can do it before I give up on this theme for good.
