Responsive site issues

Hi Guys;

I’m getting complaints from users of our site that are seeing different responsive versions of the site throughout the day. Sometimes it will look “normal”, other times it will appear as if it is a mobile version of the site or stranger. This happens across different users at different times using different devices. Some screenshots are attached.

Can you please advise a way by which we can force the layout to only ever be the ‘Large screen’ version on computers and the ‘mobile’ version on mobiles? This seems like an alternate view that we can’t control or edit that appears randomly for users.

Site is https://www.indianlink.com.au/ and all basic troubleshooting has been completed (i.e. cleared cookies, full screen resolutions, etc).

Thank you

Hello !

This happens due to cache. Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Let us know the result.

Thank you !

Thanks for the advice, Vlad.

I’ve implemented all the changes in the instruction package but it seems to have altered our Mobile home page. This was (and should just be) a responsive version of the same layout as the large screen page, but now it is looking similar to the screenshots provided in my initial post.

Is there a way to remove all layouts other than the one set up that we’d like to use?

Hello !

If you want to only have responsive version simply remove the Mobile Theme plugin.

Thank you !

Hi mate;

Yes, we tried that as part of the initial troubleshooting but it does not correct the issue on either front.

Sorry mate, just going to “bump” this one as we need it solved today. Thank you!
