How i restrict some size of the upload images for just use two or three resolutions, and dont save more

Hi,
The theme will create thumbnails from the featured images you upload, based on the thumbnail sizes that are enabled in the theme panel

It is mentioned there for what element each thumbnail is used, so you can disable the ones that you are not using. They will not be created anymore after that.
