I do not quite understand, I think that you want to show the reviews in google search, if if this than yes, you can use our Reviews functionality from our theme because the Google will be index this post and the stars will be there, in SERP section, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/FLdBDtoaYMA

Check the posts with the Google structured data tool

The reviews should show up there if the posts contain them. Why Google decides not to display them up I can’t say. Check some online guides for more information

It is possible to add this in inbuild Rating System as these all feature are available on other plugins.

You can try to activate the snippet provided by the SEO tool that you are using, maybe this will solve the problem.
Unfortunately for the moment there is no option to add Pros and Cons with affiliate, sorry! maybe you can use some plugins like this one -> https://wpctrl.com/pros-and-cons-plugin/ or the one that you already tested.
