How to set “Review” block not at the bottom but on the top of the post before post content?

That can be easily done if you use a cloud library post template

Th review elements can then be dragged and dropped in the desired location within the template, in this case above the post content. Here are the available cloud post templates at the moment

You can preview and even edit them to see how they are made. If you like one you can import it.
If you use the predefined post templates this can only be done with modifications to the post template files. For example if you use post template 2 you could move the review code above the post content

The post templates can be modified in a child theme as well, so the modification will not be lost after a theme update
