I’d like to allow the users publishing on my website with contributor role access to the Review tab/functionality.
Is there a hook or a snippet I could add to the functions to enable this?

The theme uses the default wordpress roles and capabilities – https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities According to those only an author has the privilege and access to those settings (post settings) – https://www.screencast.com/t/u66cnJEs and the contributor has the capability to create a post and submit it to review. If you would like the contributors to have the capability to access all the post settings you will have to modify this here – https://www.screencast.com/t/Cgtq1mFf but I can not think of a way to make only the reviews available to them.
