I bought newspaper 8.8 several days ago, but the “includes” folder did not contain the “revolution_slider_5.zip” and “td- mobile – plugin.zip” plug-in.
Where are the plugins for “revolution_slider_5.zip” and “td-mobile-plugin.zip”?

If you download the full theme package, all the plugins are provided in the plugins folder

The plugins you mention will be there.
