One more problem with disappearing…
After moving wordpress installation from one hosting provider to another, “Save settings” button disappeared from theme panel settring (also background became grey).

Hi,
If you have a similar issue like – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/theme-activation/#post-44037 please try to replace (overwrite it) the td_panel_categories.php file – http://screencast.com/t/rnRNRNL1Ri with the one provided in the following link – https://www.dropbox.com/s/tegdpkwb43z9air/td_panel_categories.zip?dl=0 and see if works.
Also please try this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, empty cache and check if you still have issues. Let me know!
