Save Settings in Theme panel does not work

Hello,
I edit Header ad in theme panel and when I push Save Settings button, its keep loading. I would be very grateful if you can help me resolve this soon. Thank you

If the settings are not saved, please check the console https://i.imgur.com/0ex2unk.png and check the suggestion from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-panel-settings-are-not-being-saved/
Also, please let me know what PHP version you have.

Thank you for your reply. I tried all of your suggestion but the problem not resolved. I use 7.4 php version. Is there any other solution for this?
