Save Settings in Theme panel not saving, just keeps loading

Hi – I am trying to edit the settings in the Theme panel and the Save Settings is not working. It just keeps loading and never saves. Can you please help?

Please let me know what prebuilt website you have installed and the version of the theme.
Also, please let me know what settings are not saved.

Hi Anamaria –

– I am using Sucuri for firewall and security. Are there any special instructions for Sucuri?
– Prebuilt website – Default
– Theme version – Newspaper Version: 11.3.1
– You can try changing anything at all in the theme settings and then hit save and you’ll see that it just keeps spinning and not saving. In my test I tried uploading a logo and it wouldn’t save for example.

Hello,

Please disable the SUCURI plugin and check after that.
As far as I know, this plugin does not work with our theme and functionality issues may occur.
Also, please check the whitelist of the Sucuri plugin, because this plugin blocks the request when you try to save the settings.
