Saving the settings in Theme panel

Hi,

We are not able to make changes on Theme Panel. Whenever we are making some changes on the Theme Panel and try to save changes by clicking “Save Setting”, it just shows that it is processing the request but that processing never comes to an end and we have to refresh to try saving the changes again, however it again shows the same processing icon and never completes the saving.

Hi

Please read Requirements for Newspaper and check to have them all well make https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also log out, and log again on wp-admin, if the problem persist and you have other plugins install ( plugins that are not tested on our them https://www.screencast.com/t/I7d68aDOpkj ) please deactivate them.

I’m having this issue, but it’s new. The site has been around for a while so we know the requirements are correct and the server is good.

We’ve also checked the plugins and they are all fresh.

We are not using a security plugin but are behind the Sucuri WAF however that’s not set to block anything like this.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks Calin, I’ve worked it out, the host had enabled redis cache, disabling it fixed the issue, the issue didn’t come back once caching was re-enabled.
