Saving translations issue

I have been using the Newspaper 12 template for a few weeks now and I really like it. I have one problem that I can’t solve. It is about saving the translations settings.

I have read all the forum posts but none of them have helped.

The translation I need now loads (it didn’t work before), but when I want to save the settings, the animation just spins but nothing happens.

Please help me, what should I do now?

It looks like the “translation saving” is OK, the server blocked the request.

However, nothing has changed, the texts are still displayed in English. What should I do to get all the texts translated?
