Hello!
After upgradation to 8.7 version during loading a screen of theme accent colour move from left to right.

Hi,
In almost all cases the sliding issue was caused by the rocket loader feature of Cloudflare. This is recommended to be disabled, because it may affect the theme functionality

You could try disabling this in the Cloudflare settings and clear all caching after doing this. The issue should not be happening anymore.
