Please make sure that this type of issue does not come from your untested plugins. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. The theme is fully compatible with our tested plugins and we have not encountered any issue in this regard. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch only with the required plugins and check the results. You should use the FTP method for installing your theme because this is the surest way in this regard.
