That’s weird. Please does a test and use only tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.

If you tried only with tagDiv plugins and the cloud library still doesn’t work properly, please make a full backup to all files and the database and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com. Provide
– admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you
Also, you know we will do a test only with tagDiv plugins, and the other plugins will be disabled.
