A backup plugin and a security plugin are the bare minimum requirements for a wordpress website. I have tried a couple of security plugins (one free, one premium) and have tried to use backupbuddy, which I have paid for and use on about 20 sites, but if I use them, your speed booster plugin is disabled.
Is there anything that doesn’t disable it but allows backups and security?
I also use wp-rocket (on 20+ sites) and have yet to have a problem with it. It seems to work okay with your theme but the theme status page says I’m not using a cache plugin. Why is that?

Please notice that we do not recommend using untested plugins other than those tested with the theme because might appears some conflicts which cause a lot of unknown issues.
