Security patches for Newspaper – 4.6.1

Hi,

We are using your theme for the last 4 years and recently our site is behaving very slow and sometimes it gets hacked but because of some core file changes, we can not upgrade to latest. Can you please confirm if you have released any security patches to upgrade for Newspaper 4.6.1?

Please let me know ASAP.

Hi,

That is a very old theme version,security risks would be present indeed. You should strongly consider to update to the latest version 9.2.2.

There have been many optimizations made over the years, new features were added and of course security issues were resolved immediately when identified. Note the updated theme requirements guide as well
