Also note “server response time” has nothing to do with the theme, WP, etc., but has to do with so called ‘first byte’ — how long it takes server to respond.
For instance our server averages 0.33 sec.
A lot of issues impact that with your hosting provider; speed of system, speed of the DNS and network connections, speed of switch from server to network (e.g., using gigabit switch vs 10/100; possibly using dual gigabit if supported), etc.
That question should be addressed to your host on how to improve that particular issue.

it is very frustrating for us to have done everything right (even your important tips) and then lose 1.3 seconds in ‘first byte’ …
we want to solve this problem
Siteground says he can not do anything but make us spend on a dedicated server, which costs five times as much …The solution is currently the fastest shared hosting GoGeek with ssd ..
What could you have done? We have to change hosting? Possibly have a name shared hosting to suggest where we are sure you have no problems ‘first byte’ with Newspaper Theme?
