Hello, can I set a fixed size for the featured image different than the presets? I mean I want a fixed size like 800×600 etc.

Hi,
Our theme offers the flexibility for the flex blocks to choose the thumb that will be used – https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/ now the most recommended will be to use a size like 696×0 this means that our theme will make a thumb for that image that will be display nice.
Also, you can adjust the image on thumb using the settings from the block – https://i.imgur.com/xXHzJv0.png
