Hi guys,

My name’s Andrea and this is my 1st topic here.

First of all, I’d like to tell you that this is the best theme I’ve used so far.

I’ve a question for you: is it possible to set a custom page as homepage in the tagdiv Mobile theme?

It looks like the only option is to set a list of featured article + recent post.

My wordpress blog is http://www.piscinefuoriterra.org

Thanks in advance for your help

Hi,

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for that, sorry! You can only disable the mobile theme for your homepage if you want but please note that option is available only at the latest theme version which is 4.9.1. Also, there you will find some options regarding the Mobile theme layout.

Hope this helps!

Thank you!

Hi,

Make sure that you have the last version of the theme ( Newsmage v.9.1 ) and all the theme plugins are updated.
The option for disable the mobile theme on a page/post can be found in the right corner http://prntscr.com/ooex6o you can check more about this option inn this documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you!

Thanks Calin for your kind reply.

I uploaded the last version of the theme (4.9.1) but I still can’t find the Mobile Theme section.

Do I have to switch to “block editor”? How can I do it?

Thanks in advance for your great help

Hey Calin,

I read the documentation and I figured out I had to install Gutenberg editor to disable the mobile theme in some pages.

I did it, then I disabled the mobile theme in the homepage but if I click on my website homepage looks like the mobile theme is still on.

How can I do? Is there anything I did wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help
Andrea

Hi,

Please make sure that after you disable the mobile theme from the homepage you clear all cache.
-> http://prntscr.com/oowsrf’
Also you’ll need to keep the Gutenberg active, in this way that option will not be remove.

Thank you!
