Setting up TAGDIV blog element – sidebar disappears

Hi There.

Just setting up wordpress theme. When we use the TAGDIV element for setting up our news/blog, the (default) sidebar automatically disappears 🙁

When we check the general settings > sidebar. It shows us a good example. However when we refresh the homepage, our sidebar is still hiding.

When we click on a ‘post’, the sidebar is in good condition. How come?

Hi,

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, ensure that your system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ If the problem is still there, please provide some useful screenshots with the problem so I can identify it closer.
