I am having a similar issue to the one that others had with the Theme Panel not saving changes. I’ve turned off caching, turned off the firewall, and disabling plugins. Nothing works.
The panel says it changes the settings, but as soon as you open it again, they are gone. It used to work fine, so I’m not sure what is going on.
Please advise.
I figured out what the issue was. Once I deleted the object-cache.php file in the wp-content folder, it worked. So I’m posting this in case it is helpful to others.

I’m in a similar boat, but have tried to deleted object cache file, and still having same issues.
Have tried to adjust the CSS too to no avail.

Please check the console when you hit the save button and see if there is an error.
