Hi,
things got messed up when I upgraded to 10.3.9.1. Block settings messed, image thumbnails shut down, no logos at all, theme now unregistered, etc.
This is a damage to my business. I’m slowly fixing all the damages. Why did this happen? Please tell me if you know a workflow to let this not happen anymore.

No footer setting, no footer text, no ads anymore, etc. What a mess.

If you have a backup, then you can do an import for settings like in our guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Also, we have a guide how to update the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
If you choose another way, for example ftp/cpanel you shouldn’t encounter any problem.
