share counters not updating

I see that social media share counters are not updating ..But i see some of users sharing by twitter…

Can you please help ?

Hi,

Please make sure you use the latest version of the theme. Use this guide to update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Then use thsi guide to properly set the counters: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/

Even after updating theme .. i dont see counter ..

Hi,

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin), CPanel access so we can take a closer look at it. Also, provide the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you. Before sending us an email, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, make a full backup to your theme and database, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
