There are two settings: 1 for before the content display and 2nd after the content.
But after the content sharing buttons are not controllable.
When I show the article top icons then by default it displays the article bottom icons as well. Whatever I try to do with bottom icon display it doesn’t work at all. For the bottom and top article social icons its only accepting settings from top article sharing icons.

Everything is right but it’s not working here on my site.
My after article content sharing button setting is of no use. It shows as its working but actually there is no change on main site.

If I understand correctly you have set in theme panel to show only the top share buttons and in your website are showing both of theme ( top and bottom), this can be a plugin conflict, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
