Hello Spotter2004,
I have tested on my side, following all the steps from that tutorial and seems to work as properly. Please try to add a link to your button according to our documentation like this -> http://screencast.com/t/4qhqH9Rgw Since you have not a link set it you will never bring any good results in this case. Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Thanks for your understanding!
Like i said, i did follow every step taken as showed @ https://forum.tagdiv.com/increase-users-engagement-add-custom-buttons-posts/ but still with no result
I did everything you asked (disable plugins, clear cache), but no result
He saves the link, but when you save the page and control the link when you go with your mouse over the button, it’s showing # at the end of the url
And did put another button (Element GO button, eye catching button) to test and that one works fine without any troubles
So, what’s next???
Hi Spotter2004
Which Event widget/plugin did you use? Did it create any problems with your theme/site?
I’m looking for a directory and an event widget/plugin … would really appreciate any advice/suggestions.
Thanks (in advance)
Charlene
